Die Urban Equipe ist ein Verein, der sich für eine Demokratisierung der Stadtentwicklung und -gestaltung einsetzt. In unseren Aktivitäten erproben wir stets an konkreten Beispielen, wie wir unsere Städte gemeinsamer gestalten können. Dies tun wir als selbst Aktive (z.B. mit Mieten-Marta, Pavilleon, En Masse , Nextzürich, Verein Zentralwäscherei), als Kompliz*innen mit anderen Initiativen (z.B. ORGANISIERT EUCH! ), in eigeninitiierten Projekten und Netzwerken (z.B. Quartieridee), in Kooperationen mit Städten/Gemeinden (z.B. Stadtidee, Tiefbauamt Zürich, Gemeinde Lyss, Stadtplanung Luzern).
