Our awareness team is there at our events to ensure a safe space and effective support in the event of incidents. They form the basis of a conscious clubbing culture and are an essential contribution to an inclusive culture and can now be found in a large number of cultural venues. In public discourse, they often come under fire and are dismissed as an alibi exercise. We want to stand up to this, because we believe in the learning effect of a good night out, the value of the relationships that are forged and strengthened here and the joy that is carried into everyday life afterwards.
